Fyrus is the name of the boss of the Goron Mines in one of my favorite Zelda games, Twilight Princess. Fyrus is the name of the demon Darbus, the chief of the Gorons, becomes after he interacts with the Fused Shadow in the Mines. After seeing how crazy Darbus had become the elders of the Goron tribe chained him and locked him up in the Mines so he couldn’t hurt anyone. It’s up to Link to defeat Fyrus and claim the Fused Shadow, thus allowing Darbus to come back to his right mind. As a boss battle Fyrus is fairly simple; shoot the glowing jewel in the middle of his forehead, pull one of the chains he’s dragging so that he falls, and slash away.
