Welcome back, my darling demons, ghouls, wraiths, and shades. Those of you who have been following my blog have perhaps noticed that I’ve taken a bit of an unplanned hiatus, and for that, I apologize. I offer by way of explanation the very millenial yet very real (fuck you baby boomers) plague known as burn out. It can take some time to recover working retail during the winter holiday season on its own, add to that managing a blog and trying to start a career as a novelist… Well, it was exhausting. For the sake of not snapping and committing arson, I had to give up something, and while I would much rather spend my days writing, retail is what pays the bills. Now that things have calmed down a bit, I’m ready to return to writing. I will be going by the same schedule I had set up before, so you can expect to start seeing normal posts next week.
